Glenrock Fire Department Public Safety Event

Description:
The annual Glenrock Fire Department Public Safety Event on Saturday, August 29 at Glenrock Town Park. This family-focused event is scheduled from 11:00-17:00 and brings together community partners to promote public safety, injury prevention, and health education through interactive activities, booths, and demonstrations. The Converse County Community Prevention Specialist will participate, providing educational materials, demonstrations, and/or staffing a booth.
Other planned attendees include the Glenrock Fire Department, the Glenrock Police Department, the Converse County Sheriff’s Office, and Converse County Public Health.

- Hamburgers and Hotdogs
- Water Hose Course
- Bounce House
- Face Painting
- GFD Recruitment Booth
- Fire Extinguisher Course
- Special Helicopter Appearance
